The Charlotte Bobcats head to the Oracle Arena on Tuesday to face off against the Warriors.
The Golden State Warriors are playing solid ball this season, but still the Warriors are in third place in their division, trailing both the Clippers and the Suns. The Warriors are a tough out anywhere they play, but at home Golden State is even tougher, going 14-8 this season. The Warriors have won three out of their last four heading into Tuesday’s game with the Bobcats, with their latest win coming on Friday against the Jazz in Utah, 95-90.

The Charlotte Bobcats are 21-28 this season, and on the road, the Bobcats are 10-15 this season. I really like what the Bobcats are doing, especially by building up their defense first. Charlotte is holding opponents to 97.4 points per game this season, giving the Bobcats a top ten defense. The Bobcats have won two out of their last three games heading into Tuesday’s meeting with the Warriors, although the Bobcats did lose their last outing, falling to the Suns in Phoenix on Saturday 105-95 in Phoenix.
The Bobcats are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games following a loss, and the Bobcats are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games following a loss against the spread.
The Warriors are just 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games at home, and the Warriors are just 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 outings.
I have to take Charlotte here. The Warriors are the far superior team here no doubt, but I like what Charlotte is doing and I think they can run with Golden State here. At least well enough to keep this one close.
