The Philadelphia 76ers welcome the Milwaukee Bucks to town on Monday night.
Head to head, the Bucks are 2-8-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Philadelphia while the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. The 76ers are 6-20 ATS in their last 26 home games, 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and 4-10 ATS in their last 14 games overall. The Bucks on the other hand are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games overall, but just 3-9 ATS in their last 12 road games vs. a team with a losing home record and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 road games.

When the Milwaukee Bucks take to the hardwood tonight, they won’t be the worst team on the floor, which is truly a rare occasion. The Philadelphia 76ers have won five more games on the season (15 vs. 10), but I don’t think there is any doubt that they currently are the worst team in the NBA, which is exactly what they are trying to be. The difference between the two is that Milwaukee is actually trying to be good, but it just hasn’t happened for them this season, mainly due to injuries.
You wouldn’t know it, but the Bucks have actually been one of the better teams at covering the spread these past couple of weeks, going 7-2 in their last nine overall. On the flipside, the 76ers have covered the spread in just four of their last 14 overall and six of their last 26 at home. In head-to-head meetings this season, they have split their two games as each team has won on their home court. Having said that, Milwaukee should really be 2-0 as they should won the first meeting in Philly but Spencer Hawes hit a fade away three-pointer to send the game into overtime, where the 76ers would eventually run away winners.
I have a hard time believing that Philly should be favored against anyone in the league at this point of the season, even the Milwaukee Bucks!! I would be surprised if they won another 3-4 games the rest of the way and while they have a good chance tonight, I think Milwaukee come away with the victory...
