For the second and final time during the regular season, the Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs will clash on the hardwood. The Heat won the previous meeting 113-101 back in January.
The Heat had their eight-game winning streak snapped on Tuesday in a 106-103 road loss to the Houston Rockets. They were outrebounded by 13 and shot just 25.9 percent from beyond the arc. Still, they’re shooting 52.4 percent from the field in their last five games and averaging 108 points. Defensively, they’ve held teams to 94.4 points on 43.7 percent shooting. On the road, they average 102.3 points and give up 98.1 points. They are also 27-29-2 ATS overall and 16-13-1 ATS on the road.

The Spurs have won four straight games since getting a lot of their key players back. And with the return of Tony Parker and company, they’re averaging 106.2 points on 45.9 percent shooting and are allowing 101 points on 46.3 percent shooting in their last five games. Four of their last six wins have been decided by double digits. At home, the Spurs average 104.6 points and allow 98.1 points. They are 29-31 ATS overall and 11-18 ATS at home.
You guys know the drill by now, I always pick the Heat when getting the points, and this spot is no different. Miami is coming off of a tight loss to the Rockets and will be eager to redeem itself against a team it has beaten SU four of the last five times.
The Heat have not lost back-to-back games since January 10-15, and are 6-1-2 ATS in their last nine games. Meanwhile, the Spurs are just 1-5 ATS in their last six home games.
There’s too much value in this line.
Take the Heat in a game they should win outright.
