The Line: Charlotte Bobcats -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Minnesota Timberwolves travel to the Time Warner Cable Arena to battle the Charlotte Bobcats tonight.
The Timberwolves have won eight of their last 11 games and will be looking to build on a 112-101 win over the Bucks from Tuesday night. Kevin Love led the way with 27 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, while Kevin Martin added 26 points and JJ Barea had 19 as the Wolves bounced back from an early 11-point deficit to overrun the lowly Bucks on a dominant 26-17 fourth quarter. With the win, Minnesota improves to 32-31 on the season which leaves them 5 1/2 games out of the playoff picture with 19 games left to play.

Meanwhile, the Bobcats are sitting pretty at 31-34 in the weak Eastern Conference and will be looking to build on some strong form which has seen them win four of their last five games. In Wednesday's 98-85 win over the Wizards, Al Jefferson continued his terrific season with 26 points on 13 of 20 shooting while Kemba Walker added 16 points to lead the Bobcats past the upstart Wizards. With the win, Charlotte move to within 2 1/2 games of Washington who sit just above them at sixth place in the East.
In ATS trends, the Wolves are 5-13 ATS in their last 18 games following a win of more than 10 points and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Bobcats are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 home games and 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall.
Both of these teams have been in strong form, but while I'm leaning towards the Wolves here, I won't be making my official pick until the line is released so please check back later for my free pick.
The Wolves have opened as slight favorites so that's where I'm going in this one.
