The Line: Indiana Pacers -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Chicago Bulls travel to Bankers Life Fieldhouse to take on the Indiana Pacers tonight.
The Pacers were starting to build some momentum towards the playoffs, but will suddenly have to regroup after having their four-game win streak snapped by the Knicks on Wednesday. Lance Stephenson led the scoring with 21 points, Roy Hibbert added 20 but Paul George really struggled, shooting just four of 17 for his 17 points. On the defensive end, the Pacers did a great job of limiting the Knicks to just 39 percent shooting, but George really struggled to contain Carmelo Anthony who scorched them for 34 points. With the loss, Indiana drops to 50-18 but fortunately for them, Miami loss last night which leaves them with a three-game lead in the Eastern standings.

With the fourth-best record in the Eastern Conference, the Bulls are doing everything they can to climb up the standings but they could've rested half of their starters in their latest outing. Joakim Noah scored 14 points, 10 rebounds and six assists, Taj Gibson added 19 points and Tony Snell scored a team-high 20 points as the Bulls beat the lowly 76ers by 102-94. In hindsight, the Bulls probably should have won this game by at least 20 points, but it's hard to get up against a team that had lost 21 straight. Still, with the win, Chicago improves to 38-30 which is just half a game behind the third-placed Toronto.
In ATS trends, the Bulls are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games following an ATS loss and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Pacers are 6-21-1 ATS in their last 28 games overall and 0-5 ATS in their last five home games.
Head to head, the favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five as well.
This game has all the makings of a close, low-scoring affair so I'm definitely taking the Bulls with the points in this one.
