The Line: Brooklyn Nets -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds

The Atlanta Hawks travel to the Barclays Center tonight to take on the Brooklyn Nets.

The Hawks looked destined for the lottery in the offseason after they lost six straight games towards the end of March, but they've since won four of their last games to get a firm hold of the last playoff spot in the East. On Wednesday, the Hawks dominated the Celtics in a 35-20 fourth quarter to go to within two wins (or two Knicks losses) of a playoff berth thanks to 19 points from Jeff Teague and 17 points from Kyle Korver.

Meanwhile, the Nets have won six of their last eight and just had their three-game win streak snapped by the Magic on Wednesday despite 31 points from Joe Johnson. Mirza Teletovic added 17 points while Mason Plumlee had 16 points off the bench, but even with seven three-pointers and four three-point players in the second half, the Nets still couldn't overcome the Magic because with the long injury list the Nets have, they basically had to play five guards at the same time, leaving Johnson at the center spot. Despite the loss, Brooklyn is still three game clear of sixth-placed Charlotte with just four regular season games left to play.

In ATS trends, the Hawks are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following a win and 4-11-1 ATS in their last 16 road games, while the Nets are 8-1 ATS in their last nine games following a loss and 22-8 ATS in their last 30 home games.

Head to head, the Hawks are only 4-9 ATS in the last 13 meetings in Brooklyn but the Road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall.

I think the Hawks could provide a bit of an upset here, but I'll have to wait to see the line before I can give out my free pick.

I really wanted to take the Hawks with the points, but the bookies are only giving them five points which I don't think will be enough.
