The Orlando Magic and Brooklyn Nets meet Friday in NBA action at the HP Field House.

The Orlando Magic entered the NBA hiatus winning six of their last nine games. The Orlando Magic are averaging 106.4 points on 44.2 percent shooting and allowing 107.3 points on 46.3 percent shooting. Nikola Vucevic is averaging 19.5 points and 11 rebounds while Evan Fournier is averaging 18.8 points and 2.6 rebounds. Terrence Ross is the third double-digit scorer and Aaron Gordon is grabbing 7.6 rebounds. The Orlando Magic are shooting 34.1 percent from beyond the arc and 77 percent from the free thitem line. The Orlando Magic are allowing 37 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 44.5 rebounds per game.

The Brooklyn Nets entered the NBA break splitting their last eight games. The Brooklyn Nets are averaging 110.8 points on 44.4 percent shooting and allowing 111.4 points on 44.2 percent shooting. Spencer Dinwiddie is averaging 20.6 points and 6.8 assists while Caris LeVert is averaging 17.7 points and 4.1 rebounds. Joe Harris is the third double-digit scorer and Taurean Prince is grabbing six rebounds. The Brooklyn Nets are shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc and 74.4 percent from the free thitem line. The Brooklyn Nets are allowing 35 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 48.5 rebounds per game.

The Magic are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 Friday games, 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a ATS win and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall. The Nets are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 Friday games, 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as an underdog and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a ATS win. The over is 15-5-1 in Magic last 21 overall. The over is 4-0 in Nets last 4 Friday games. The Magic are 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings.

The Brooklyn Nets ae having trouble fielding a full NBA roster with so many of their key players not around for the bubble, but that doesn’t mean we just thitem them any sort of number. The Orlando Magic aren’t that good of a team even at full strength, and we’ve seen them lose to lesser opponents this season alone. This is an early start and we could see some sloppy basketball. I’ll take the points with the Nets before I lay this many free buckets with the Magic.
