2013-14 Season: 16.4 PPG-7.3 RPG-1.3 APG
Strengths: Nice size with a quality shot that can score in the paint and from long range. Hit threes at over 42% and is deadly at the foul line at nearly 80%. Not afraid to take the big shot and can score in bunches. Stronger then he appears and can bang on the inside with no fear of contact. Probably under rated athleticism and was coached by Tom Izzo which can't be overlooked.
Weakness: Despite his size he was not a shot blocker or a standout at the defensive end of the floor. Not a great passer for somebody that draws double teams and has to pass out of them. Conditioning is a major concern as he played mostly in the half court at Michigan State. Has a habit of bringing the ball down to his waist when shooting which is a turnover waiting to happen at the next level.
Projection: Likely a late first rounder by a team that requires some offense from the bench when their primary players need a breather. Could develop in to a bigger part of the plans with improved ball handling and more inside aggressiveness.
