2013-14 Season: 14.3 PPG- RPG-4.3 APG-1.7
Strengths: Solid offensive player with very good shot. Has the ability to knock down shots from anywhere on the floor and his quick release and shot off the dribble mmake him difficult to defend. Great size with a 6-7 wingspan and probably will add even more bulk with age. Can finish through contact and isn't afraid to hit the backboards.
Weakness: Shot can disappear at times which is trouble because he doesn't drive to the basket well. Sometimes takes bad shots and is not a great passer or leaper. Almost strictly left handed so is predictable and just an average defender that takes too many risks. Needs to hit the weight room to improve his strength.
Projection: Young is deadly when his shot is falling but he is relatively inexperienced and might be a year or two away from making major contributions. He needs to be tutored by experienced players at the next level and eventually the potential in him will come to fruition. Top 20 selection with team willing to wait for him to learn the game.
