The Memphis Grizzlies look to make it three straight wins tonight when they take on the Charlotte Hornets.
The Memphis Grizzlies improved to 2-0 last night by beating the shorthanded Pacers 97-89 thanks to 22 points from Zach Randolph, 20 points from Marc Gasol and 17 from Mike Conley. Despite the obvious advantage in playing a Pacers team missing three starters, the Grizzlies weren't exactly at their best, falling behind by 53-45 going into the half, before taking over the game in a 33-14 third quarter effort. Courtney Lee suffered a mild concussion early in the game and had to leave just before halftime so he is not expected to feature in tonight's game.

As for the Charlotte Hornets, they were looking down the barrel at a massive loss to the Bucks on opening night, falling behind by as many as 24 points in the third quarter before storming back and winning by 108-106 in overtime. Marvin Williams had 19 points while Michael Kidd-Gilchrist added 17, but with the game on the in overtime, it was Kemba Walker who rose up and took the final shot to complete the franchises' biggest ever comeback.
In ATS trends, the Hornets are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games playing on two days rest and 1-4 ATS in their last five home games, while the Grizzlies are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games playing on no rest and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games overall.
Head to head, the Grizzlies are 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings in Charlotte and the Home team is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings overall.
Ordinarily, I'd take the Grizzlies over the Hornets, but it's a tough ask to try and win a back to back set, especially against a Hornets team still buzzing from one of their best wins in franchise history.
