The Line: Atlanta Hawks -1 -- Over/Under: 201 See the Latest Odds

The Chicago Bulls and Atlanta Hawks meet Monday night at the Philips Arena.

The Chicago Bulls have won four of their last five games and wrap up a short two-game road trip. On the season, the Bulls are averaging 103.3 points on 45.8 percent shooting and are allowing 99.8 points on 43.7 percent shooting. Jimmy Butler leads Chicago with 21 points and 3.3 assists while Pau Gasol is averaging 19.5 points and 12.1 rebounds. Derrick Rose is averaging 5.1 assists per game and Taj Gibson is shooting 51.7 percent from the field. The Chicago Bulls are starting to click on the offensive side of the ball now that they’re as healthy as they’ve been all season. The Bulls are also coming off a win over the Miami Heat on Sunday where they allowed just 35 percent shooting from the field. Joakim Noah is questionable for this game with an ankle injury.

Hawks vs. Bulls - 12/15/14 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Atlanta Hawks have won nine of their last 10 games and are trying to emerge as an East contender. On the season, the Hawks are averaging 102.4 points on 46.6 percent shooting and are allowing 97.4 points on 44.6 percent shooting. Jeff Teague leads Atlanta with 17 points and seven assists while Paul Millsap is averaging 16.5 points and 7.8 rebounds. Al Horford is grabbing 6.4 rebounds per game and Kyle Korver is shooting 52.2 percent from the field. The Atlanta Hawks defense is the reason for the winning stretch, as they’re allowing 87.2 points on 42 percent shooting in their last five games. While the Hawks turn to their offense to win games, they’ve won 12 of 13 games this season when holding a team under 100 points. Pero Antic is questionable for this game with the flu.

The Bulls are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 vs. NBA Southeast and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Hawks are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games playing on 1 days rest and 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Bulls are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Atlanta and 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings overall.

I like the Hawks at home and the fact they're catching the Bulls on a back-to-back. Atlanta is playing well at both ends of the court and will likely not have to face Noah due to injury. Give me the home team in pretty much a pick em game.
