Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder take on the Dallas Mavericks tonight.
The Dallas Mavericks have won four of their last six overall and were able to put a halt to a two-game skid with a 102-98 win over the Kobe-less Lakers on Friday. Rajon Rondo looked fantastic on his way to 21 points, eight rebounds and seven assists while Monta Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki scored 15 and 14 points respectively as the Mavs dominated the Lakers early before sneaking home late. This game definitely should have been won by double digits, but it was just such a positive to see Rondo looking so comfortable on the floor, especially in the pick and roll situations with Tyson Chandler. With the win, Dallas improves to 21-10 overall and 11-5 at home.

Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City Thunder were able to snap the Hornets' season-high four-game win streak on Friday night thanks to a big night from Russell Westbrook who poured in 29 points in just 25 minutes. The rest of the Thunder struggled from the field and combined for 37.3 percent, but that was nothing compared to the Hornets who were held to a season-low 28.7 percent shooting. Kevin Durant missed this game with his ankle sprain and isn't likely to suit up for tonight's game against the Mavericks.
In ATS trends, the Mavs are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games following a loss and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall, while the Thunder are 6-2 ATS in their last eight games following a win and 5-13-1 ATS in their last 19 road games.
Head to head, the Thunder are 12-4-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Dallas and the Road team is 33-16-2 ATS in the last 51 meetings overall.
Kevin Durant is confirmed as out for this game which once again puts so much pressure on Westbrook to dominate for the Thunder to have a chance tonight. Against most teams, the Thunder could lean heavily on Westbrook and find a way to win, but the Mav should have too much firepower to fall to the Thunder at home tonight.
