The Cleveland Cavaliers embark on a five-game road trip with a meeting against the Golden State Warriors tonight.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have lost six of their last seven overall and will be looking to snap a three-game skid tonight after falling to the Rockets by 105-93 on Wednesday. Kyrie Irving lit up the scoreboard with 38 points on 15 of 26 shooting while Kevin Love added 17 points and 16 rebounds, but no other player made much of a contribution as the Cavs struggled again without LeBron James. JR Smith made his debut for his new team but played just 18 minutes off the bench without troubling the scorers. With the loss, Cleveland drops to 19-17 overall and 11-9 at home.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors will be going for a sixth straight win tonight after cruising past the Pacers by 117-102 on Wednesday. Stephen Curry led the way with 21 points, 15 assists and four steals while Marreese Speights added 18 points, but the biggest performance came from Klay Thompson who exploded for 40 points on 14 of 25 shooting including six three pointers. With the win, Golden State imrpoved to 28-5 overall and 15-1 at home.
In ATS trends, the Cavs are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following a loss of more than 10 points and 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a loss, while the Warriors are 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a win of more than 10 points and 22-7 ATS in their last 29 games following a win.
Head to head, the Cavaliers are 2-8 ATS in the last 10 meetings and 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Golden State.
The Warriors are far and away the much better team compared to the Cavs but this just seems like too many points to give a team that has both Irving and Love in it. I'm not loving this pick, but I'm leaning towards the Cavs in this one.
