The Phoenix Suns look to cap off their four-game road swing with a win over the Memphis Grizzlies tonight.
The Phoenix Suns were riding a four-game win streak until they met the Spurs on Friday and lost by 100-95. PJ Tucker and Eric Bledsoe led the scoring with 19 points each while Goran Dragic added 17 points, but while the Suns built a 10-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, they just fell apart in a 41-26 final period. Markieff Morris who totalled 40 points his last two outings scored just three points on one of 13 shooting against the Spurs, while Isaiah Thomas shot just two of seven for his 11 points which really hurt the Suns in crunch time. With the loss, Phoenix drops to 22-17 overall and 13-10 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have lost three of their last four games and are coming off a disappointing 106-95 loss against the streak Pelicans. Marc Gasol and Mike Conley led the team with 19 points each while Zach Randolph had 11 points in his first game back from a nine-game absence but no one else scored more than nine points as the Grizzlies fell behind by double digits early and could never get into a rhythm. Defensively, the Grizzlies are ranked seventh in the league in points allowed and 20th in rebounds but both of those figures will likely improve now that Randolph is back in the lineup.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games against a team above .600 and 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 games overall, while hte Grizzlies are 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall and 1-5 ATS in their last six against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Suns are 0-5 ATS in the last five meetings overall and 1-4-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Memphis.
These teams last met on Nov. 5 and it was the Grizzlies who won by 102-91 behind 24 points and 11 assists from Conley, but I think the Suns can get their revenge tonight, especially if the newly acquired can suit up and play.
