The Brooklyn Nets play host to the Memphis Grizzlies tonight at the Barclays Center.
The Brooklyn Nets have now lost six straight after getting thrashed by the Rockets by 113-99 on Monday. Mason Plumlee had an efficient 24 points on 10 of 11 shooting but the only other highlight for the Nets was Kevin Garnett's ejection for headbutting Dwight Howard after a play. Perhaps Garnett was trying to fire up his team, or perhaps it was just built up frustration from a terrible season, but nothing seems to be working for this Nets team lately so it's a little surprising they're 16-22 on the season.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have won five of their last eight overall and are coming off a 122-110 double overtime thriller against the Suns. Zach Randolph led the way with 27 points and 17 rebounds, while Mike Conley added 25 points and eight assists, but while Marc Gasol had just 12 points, his play in the second overtime period lifted the Grizzlies to an unlikely victory over the pesky Suns. With the win, Memphis improved to 26-11 on the season and 15-4 at home.
In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 2-5 ATS in their last the seven games against a team with a losing record and 0-4 ATS in their last four road games, while the Nets are 15-6 ATS in their last 21 games following a loss of more than 10 points and 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall.
Head to head, the Favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall and the Over is 9-3 in the last 12 meetings in Brooklyn.
The Grizzlies don't blow away many teams, especially on the road, but there's just no way you can back the Nets with much confidence now so I'm leaning with the boys from Memphis in this one.
