Hornets vs. Pacers - 1/17/15 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

The Charlotte Hornets have won five of their last six games and play for the first time since Wednesday. On the season, the Hornets are averaging 95.9 points on 42.9 percent shooting and are allowing 98.9 points on 45 percent shooting. Kemba Walker is averaging 19.2 points and 5.4 assists while Gary Neal is averaging 10.5 points and two assists. Lance Stephenson is dishing 4.7 assists and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist is grabbing 6.7 rebounds. The Charlotte Hornets have been playing well offensively during this stretch, as they’re shooting 45.4 percent from the field in their last five games. The Hornets are quietly getting themselves back in the playoff race if they can keep this play up. Gerald Henderson, Neal and Walker are all questionable for this game.

The Pacers are 14-6-2 ATS in their last 22 road games and 1-4-1 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games. The Hornets are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Pacers are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings in Charlotte.

Not sure how anybody can back this Pacers club that's really down in the dumps and finding every way possible to lose games. Look for the Hornets to remain hot by picking up a home victory.
