The Houston Rockets invade the US Airways Center to duke it out with the Phoenix Suns tonight.
The Houston Rockets have now lost three of their last five after getting routed last night by the Warriors for the second time in four days. James Harden led the Rockets with 33 points, Corey Brewer added 20 points and Jason Terry had 14, but it was never going to be enough as the Rockets fell behind by double digits early in the game and by as many as 30 points in the third quarter before losing by 126-113. Dwight Howard had just seven points and committed five turnovers while battling foul trouble, but that was nothing compared to Josh Smith who summed up the night with two technical fouls and an ejection after swearing to the referee. With the loss, Houston drops to 29-14 on the season and 14-7 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have won eight of their last 10 overall and will be going for a fifth straight win after taking down the Trailblazers by 118-113 on Wednesday. In a tightly contested affair, Eric Bledsoe led the way with a monster night of 33 points, 10 rebounds and six assists while Isaiah Thomas added a season-high 27 points on 11 of 16 shooting off the bench as the Suns took advantage of a Portland team missing their leading scorer. With the win, Phoenix improved to 26-18 on the season and 13-7 at home where they've won their last seven.
In ATS trends, the Rockets are 5-0 ATS in their last five games following a loss but just 1-6 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record, while the Suns are 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games and 12-5-1 ATS in their last 18 games overall.
Head to head, the Rockets are 12-28 ATS in the last 40 meetings and the Over is 4-1 in the last five meetings overall.
The Rockets will be so eager to bounce back from their latest loss and get back into the winner's circle, but the Suns have been on a bit of a streak lately and should be good enough to win this one at home.
