The Chicago Bulls look to bounce back tonight when they visit the Phoenix Suns at the US Airways Center.
The Chicago Bulls have won three of their last five overall, but after delivering the league-best Warriors just their second home loss of the season, the Bulls had a major letdown performance last night and lost to the shorthanded Lakers by 123-118 in overtime. Jimmy Butler led the way with 35 points while Pau Gasol had 20 points, 10 rebounds and six assists against his former team but it still wasn't enough as the Bulls were just flat for most of the game and just left themselves too much to do. Derrick Rose was really disappointing as he shot just seven of 26 for his 17 points from the field, but this really was all about desire and the Lakers just wanted it more. with the loss, Chicago drops to 30-18 on the season and 17-7 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have won five of their last seven games and will be relieved to snap a two-game skid by beating the Wizards on Wednesday. In a balanced scoring effort, Goran Dragic led the way with 20 points, Isaiah Thomas added 18 points and Markieff Morris had 16 as the Suns jumped out to an early lead and were up by 56-39 going into halftime before easing off in the second half. With the win, Phoenix improved to 27-20 overall and 14-9 at home.
In ATS trends, the Bulls are 6-13 ATS in their last 19 games overall and 4-1 ATS in their last five road games against a team above .600, while the Suns are 1-4-1 ATS in their last six games following a win and 1-4 ATS in their last five games against a team above .600.
Head to head, the Bulls are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall and 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings in Phoenix.
After what we saw from the Bulls last night, it's really hard to back them against anybody, but I expect them to bounce back and compete against the Suns tonight and at least get the cover.
