Expect a bunch of points tonight when the Golden State Warriors host the Phoenix Suns at the Oracle Arena.
The Golden State Warriors have been the benchmark in the Western Conference all season, but they're suddenly in danger of losing a third straight after their 110-100 defeat at Utah last night. Stephen Curry poured in 32 points and six assists, but the support just wasn't there as Klay Thompson had just 12 points while Leandro Barbosa was the only other person in double figures with his 15 points. I'm not really sure what to make of the Warriors' sudden dip in form, but at the end of the day, it's only two losses and the Warriors are still an incredible 36-8 on the season.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns are now winners of six of their last eight games after they beat the Bulls by 99-93 last night. The Suns relied heavily on their dynamic backcourt duo of Eric Bledsoe and Goran Dragic who scored 23 and 21 points respectively, but the real difference was in the overall intensity as the Suns were absolutely winning all the hustle battles and generally looked like they wanted it more. With the win, Phoenix improved to 28-20 on the season and 15-9 at home where they've won nine of their last 11.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games against a team above .600, while the Warriors are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a winning record and 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 home games.
Head to head, the Suns are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings overall but just 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Golden State.
The Warriors at home have been money all season, but this just looks like game where they may dominate but fail to cover the spread. I really liked what I saw from the Suns last night and while I don't think they can win this one, I do like their chances of staying within the number.
