The Atlanta Hawks travel to South Beach to take on the Miami Heat tonight.
The Atlanta Hawks will be looking to build on their three-game win streak after beating the Magic by 95-88 last night. Paul Millsap led the way with four three-pointers en route to a team-high 20 points while Al Horford and Jeff Teague added 17 points each as the Hawks took over in a 34-22 third quarter to improve to 46-12 on the season and 27-4 at home. With three solid wins on the trot, the Hawks look to have gotten over their mini slump of three losses in four games.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat have won four of their last seven games overall but were beaten by the Pelicans in a painful 104-102 thriller last night. Luol Deng led the team with 22 points, Goran Dragic added 20 points while Hassan Whiteside and Henry Walker added 16 points each but it still wasn't enough to get past the pesky Pelicans who closed the game on a 31-20 fourth quarter. Dwyane Wade actually had the final shot to win the game, but his three point attempt just bounced out as time expired which dropped the Heat to 25-32 on the season, leaving them just 1.5 games clear of the Pacers who currently hold the eighth spot in the East.
In ATS trends, the Hawks are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games playing on zero days rest and 20-6 ATS in their last 26 road games, while the Heat are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games playing on zero days rest and 0-4 ATS in their last four games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Hawks are 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings overall but just 9-20 ATS in the last 29 meetings in Miami.
The Heat looked to have last night's game all won before the shorthanded Pelicans came back and took it from underneath them, so it's hard for me to take them against a team as good as the Hawks.
