Hornets-Nets: Brook Lopez made a big play late in this one, deflecting an inbounds pass near the end of the game to help preserve a 91-88 win over the Hornets in Charlotte last night.
Lopez also finished with a game-high 34 points and rounded out a double-double with 10 rebounds. Gerald Henderson and Al Jefferson each posted 23 points on the other side.

Clippers-Knicks: Los Angeles made the cross-country journey to Madison Square Garden and last night became the latest team to thrash the lowly Knicks.
DeAndre Jordan now as a shooting percentage north of 71 percent, going 7-of-7 in the 111-80 victory. If it holds, it would second only to the .727 the great Wilt Chamberlain put up in 1972-73.
Chris Paul added 11 points along with 16 assists for L.A., who has won five straight.
Pacers-Wizards: The Pacers came into this one as losers of six straight games, needing a win badly. They got one in Washington, thanks to George Hill. He scored the game-winning layup with 2.7 seconds left, lifting Indy over the Wizards 103-101. He scored 29 points--12 of those in the fourth quarter alone.
Indiana came back from a 10-point deficit in this one to improve to 31-40 on the year.
Bulls-Raptors: Chicago leaned on a 23-point effort from Jimmy Butler en route to a road win in Toronto. The Bulls came out on top 116-103, thanks to a 39-point outburst in the fourth.
Pau Gasol helped out with 18 points in this one, which was the team’s fifth straight victory over Toronto. The Bulls are now 1 ½ games ahead of the Raptors for third in the East.
