March 27, 2015
We’ve got a heavy 13-game schedule tonight in the NBA, so there will be no shortage of basketball for fans to check out in the coming hours. Let’s get set by checking in on some of the notable players and headlines out there right now.
The Bucks’ Ersan Ilyasova had himself quite a night against the Pacers last night. He posted 34 points in a career-high effort in the 111-107 victory, adding six rebounds and a pair of assists for good measure.
Ilyasova scored 17 points in the first quarter alone, which outscored the entire Indiana team in the period 17-15.

On the other side, Pacers SF C.J. Miles had a good outing in the losing effort. He put up 26 points in 32 minutes of action, which is just about twice his season average for scoring.
Miles collected three rebounds and an assist as well.
The Wizards’ DeJuan Blair isn’t going to be available for tonight’s game against the Hornets; he’ll be missing his second straight game due to personal reasons.
The Wizards will be releasing guard Toure’ Murry today and are expected to sign Will Bynum in his place.
Murry sprained his ankle this week and need the depth. Bynum will have to prove he’s over his recent hamstring injury first, however.
The Jazz inked SF Chris Johnson to a multi-year contract yesterday. He was coming off a stint with the Bucks, who opted not to re-sign him for the rest of the year and let his contract expire.
