We’ve got two more big games coming up tonight in the NBA Playoffs, and these matchups will determine the direction of their respective series. In the meantime, let’s check out some of the notable players and situations out there.
Bulls-Cavaliers: With no Kevin Love and an injured Kyrie Irving, LeBron James has had to shoulder the load in Cleveland--even though he’s been banged up himself.
James posted 38 points last night against the Bulls in Game 5, helping his team to a 106-101 victory in Cleveland. The Cavs now have a 3-2 edge in the series.
Kyrie Irving added 25 points of his own in this one as his team retook the edge and put Chicago on the brink of elimination.
On the other side, Jimmy Butler logged 29 points and Mike Dunleavy had 19. Derrick Rose posted 12 points in the first quarter but finished with just 16.
The Cavs can end the series with a win in Game 6 tomorrow.

Clippers-Rockets: The Rockets showed they still have some more fight left in them last night against the Clippers, thanks to a triple-double from an under-the-weather James Harden.
The Houston star logged 26 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists while the Rockets were able to post a 124-103 win at home. Dwight Howard doubled up on 20 points and 15 rebounds himself.
Houston got going with a 36-point second quarter and were able to hold off a late rally by the visiting Clippers in the third.
Blake Griffin had 30 points and 16 rebounds while Chris Paul managed 22 points and 10 assists.
This series moves on to Game 6 in L.A. tomorrow.
