The Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors meet Thursday night in game two of the Western Conference Finals.
The Houston Rockets look to steal game two in order to reverse home court. James Harden is averaging 26.8 points and 8.1 assists while Trevor Ariza is averaging 13.7 points and 6.5 rebounds. Josh Smith is grabbing 5.9 rebounds and Corey Brewer is dishing 1.1 assists. The Houston Rockets are shooting 45.4 percent from the field and 34.9 percent from deep in these playoffs. Despite the loss in game one, the Rockets had a 15-point lead at one point and played with the Warriors for 48 minutes. As long as the Rockets can limit transition points and careless turnovers, they’ll give themselves a shot in this series. The Rockets have split their last 10 road games. Dwight Howard is questionable with a knee injury.

The Golden State Warriors look to take a comfortable 2-0 lead with a win. Stephen Curry is averaging 28.7 points and 6.6 assists while Klay Thompson is averaging 20.2 points and four rebounds. Draymond Green is grabbing 10.3 rebounds and Harrison Barnes is dishing 1.7 assists. The Golden State Warriors are shooting 46.1 percent from the field and 38.1 percent from deep in these playoffs. The Warriors always seem to find help on the offensive end, as Shaun Livingston has combined for 28 points in his last two games. The Warriors continue to click on both sides of the ball. The Warriors still have yet to lose a game when scoring 100 or more points. The Warriors also have lost just one home game since January 27th.
The Rockets are 18-8 ATS in their last 26 games playing on 1 days rest and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games overall. The Warriors are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games playing on 1 days rest and 2-7 ATS in their last 9 home games. The Rockets are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings.
I had the Rockets winning this series and game one doesn't change my mind a bit. This is a team that was tied with the Warriors with five minutes to play, and Dwight Howard missed the entire second half. Assuming Howard is fine and does play, I like Houston to steal this game on the road. The value is too good to pass up here.
