The Indiana Pacers play host to the Orlando Magic tonight at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Stadium.
The Pacers had their three-game win streak snapped by the Cavaliers last night in a 101-97 defeat in Cleveland. Paul George stayed hot, backing up his 36-point performance on Friday with another 32 points, 11 rebounds and six assists last night while Monta Ellis broke out of his shooting slump with a season-high 25 points on 10 of 17 shooting. However, it still wasn't enough to get past the Cavaliers who were led by LeBron James' who made key plays down the stretch on his way to 29 points. CJ Miles sat out his third straight game but he is likely to return for tonight's game, while Rodney Stuckey didn't even travel with the team as he nurses his sprained right ankle.

Meanwhile, the Magic have won three of their last four games and have their eyes on a third straight win after cruising past the winless Sixers in a 105-97 win on Saturday. Elfrid Payton led the team with 20 points on eight of 10 shooting, Evan Fournier had 17 points while Victor Oladipo added 15 as the Magic won their second straight game without their starting center, Nikola Vucevic who continues to nurse a bone bruise in his right knee. With the win, Orlando improves to 3-4 on the season and 2-2 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Magic are 6-0 ATS in their last six games following a win and 4-0 ATS in their last four road games, while the Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall but just 1-6 ATS in their last seven games playing on zero days rest.
Head to head, the Magic are 1-6 ATS in the last seven meetings in Indiana and 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings overall.
I was really looking to take the Magic with the points when I saw the spread, but the ATS trends are just so one-sided that I have to go with the Pacers despite playing on the second night of a back to back set. I'm not in love with this pick, but I'm taking the home team to win and cover the small spread.
