NBA Player Updates 11/14: The Latest News from Around the League, Tonight's TV Schedule and More
November 14, 2015
The NBA continues its busy run today with seven matchups on the schedule. The action gets started this afternoon, but in the meantime let’s check out some of the notable players and stats in the headlines today.
Pacers-Timberwolves: The Pacers have now won six of their last seven, thanks to a 107-103 victory over the Timberwolves in Indianapolis last night.
Paul George posted 29 points and added nine rebounds. He has 25 or more points in his last six games.
The Pacers had a 27-point lead at one point but let Minnesota back into the game before finishing things off.

Hawks-Celtics: Last night in Boston, the Celtics had some issues with their shot early. They got things on track in the second half, however, and finished with a 106-93 win over the Hawks.
Isaiah Thomas had 23 points and 10 assists. 17 of those points were in the second half. Amir Johnson had 19 points with eight rebounds; Jared Sullinger doubled up with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The Celtics won the rebound battle here 50-35.
Knicks-Cavs: The Garden was rocking last night when the Cavaliers came to visit the Knicks. New York controlled a good chunk of this game, but fell into trouble late (again) and couldn’t finish off the game, which ended a 90-84 Cavs victory.
LeBron James posted 31 points here and Mo Williams nailed a key jumper that broke a tie with 41 seconds remaining.
Cleveland has won their last eight games in a row. The Knicks have remained competitive this year, but need to find a way to finish games.
Bulls-Hornets: Friday night at United Center, the Bulls got some chemistry together to overtake the Hornets 102-97. Jimmy Butler had 27 points here, while Pau Gasol doubled up on 19 points and 13 rebounds.
This was a bit of redemption for the Bulls who lost by 25 to the Hornets earlier this month.
