The San Antonio Spurs play host to the Philadelphia 76ers tonight at the AT&T Center.
The Spurs will be going for a fourth straight win tonight after winning at Portland by 113-101 over the Trailblazers on Wednesday. LaMarcus Aldridge enjoyed his return to the Moda Center with a game-high 23 points while Kawhi Leonard continued his hot start to the season with 20 points, but it was a real team effort as the Spurs finished the game shooting a sizzling 56.1 percent from the field. With the win, San Antonio improves to 6-2 on the season and 4-2 on the road.

Meanwhile, the 76ers have lost all nine of their games to start the season and are coming off a third straight double-digit loss after their 102-85 defeat at Oklahoma City last night. Christian Woods led the team with 15 points off the bench while Nerlens Noel added 13 points and 11 rebounds as the 76ers jumped out to lead by 24-18 after the first quarter. Unfortunately, the next three quarters belonged to the Thunder who were led by yet another Russell Westbrook triple-double. It was always going to be a rough night for the Sixers in this one, but Jahlil Okafor struggled the most, scoring just six points on three of 18 shooting while getting his shot blocked six times.
In ATS trends, the Sixers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five playing on zero days rest, while the Spurs are 7-0 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a losing record and 11-3 ATS in their last 14 home games.
Head to head, the Sixers are 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 0-5 ATS in the last five meetings in San Antonio.
It's pretty tempting to take the Sixers with the free points, but the Spurs have dominated the Sixers ATS in recent seasons and I can't see that changing tonight as they've won their last three games by an average of 16.7 points against much better competition.
