The Houston Rockets travel to the FedEx Forum to battle the Memphis Grizzlies tonight.
The Grizzlies were looking really shaky after four straight losses, but they're suddenly going for a fourth straight win after beating the Thunder by 122-114 on Monday. Mike Conley got it going early and finished with 22 points and nine assists while Jeff Green added 20 points, but the Grizzlies received a major spark from Mario Chalmers who erupted for a season-high 29 points off the bench which is extra impressive given all the trade rumors that could be weighing on his mind. With the win, Memphis improves to 6-6 on the season and 3-2 at home.

Meanwhile, the Rockets have had some dramas of their own as they were able to arrest a four-game slide with a 108-103 overtime win over the Trailblazers on Wednesday. James Harden exploded for 45 points, eight rebounds, 11 assists and five steals while Trevor Ariza added 18 points as the Rockets won their first game since the firing of Kevin McHale. There's been rumors and speculation about a troubled relationship between Harden and McHale so you just knew he was going to be extra aggressive in this game and it paid off. Houston is now 5-7 on the season and 3-5 at home.
In ATS trends, the Rockets are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games playing on one days rest and 0-5 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Grizzlies are 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games and 4-14 ATS in their last 18 games against a team with a losing record.
Head to head, the Rockets are 2-7 ATS in the last nine meetings in Memphis and I'm expecting that trend to continue as the Grizzlies have really turned their season around with three straight wins and haven't played since Monday.
