The Detroit Pistons invade the Chesapeake Energy Arena to battle the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight.
The Thunder have won four of their last five and their last three after storming away late in a 110-99 home win over the Nets on Wednesday. Russell Westbrook ran the offense and finished with 27 points, 13 assists and five steals while Dion Waiters added 16 points off the bench, but the player of the night was Kevin Durant who got it going early and made five 3-pointers on his way to 30 points in his second game back from injury. The Thunder probably found themselves in a real battle with the struggling Nets until they broke away midway through the fourth quarter with a game-winning 23-8 run. With the win, OKC improved to 10-6 on the season and 7-3 at home.

Meanwhile, the Pistons have lost six of their last nine games but were able to avoid a third straight loss with a dominant 104-81 win over the Heat on Wednesday. Andre Drummond led the way with 18 points, 20 rebounds and a season-high five blocks, Reggie Jackson added 18 points while Marcus Morris had 14 points as the Pistons started the game red-hot and led by 60-43 going into halftime. As a team, the Pistons shot just 41.8 percent from the field for the game, but they made 16 of 31 from the 3-point line against one of the top defenses in the league. With the win, Detroit improves to 8-7 on the season and 4-2 at home.
In ATS trends, the Pistons are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games against a team with a winning record and 1-5 ATS in their last six road games, while the Thunder are 1-5 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record and 0-5 ATS in their last five home games.
Head to head, the Pistons are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings but I'm expecting the Thunder to win and cover this game as they are too hard to resist at home now that Durant is healthy and back in the lineup.
