NBA Player Updates 11/29: The Latest News from Around the League, Tonight's TV Schedule and More

We’re coming off of a very busy NBA evening last night, and there’s plenty more to look forward to this afternoon and evening. In the meantime, let’s take our daily look at the key stats and players in the headlines this morning.
Cavs-Nets: LeBron James got to play the hero last night, hitting the game-winning shot last night against the Nets in Cleveland. His hook shot gave the Cavs an 90-88 victory and capped off a 26-point night for him.
Kevin Love scored 26 points here as well, helping the team to 13-4 and stay unbeaten through nine games at home.
As for the Nets, they’re 4-12. Brook Lopez had the high night with 22 points.

Mavericks-Nuggets: It was the best defensive quarter in Mavericks history. Dallas held the Nuggets to just five points in the third quarter last night, scoring the first 16 points of the second half en route to a 92-81 victory.
During that period, the Nuggets shot just 10.5 percent (2 of 19) and committed seven turnovers.
Deron Williams led the team with 22 points. Zaza Pachulia doubled up on 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Spurs-Hawks: The Spurs stretched their win streak to five games last night in San Antonio, taking a 108-88 win over the visiting Hawks. Kawhi Leonard led the team with 22 points, and the team matched a season-high with nine 3-pointers. It was the team’s 18th consecutive home win against the Hawks and 10th overall.
Atlanta put up a season low for scoring in the second quarter (12) and for first-half points (37).
Warriors-Kings: Can anyone stop the defending champs? The Warriors put up a 120-101 victory last night in Oakland against the Kings, taking their record start to 18-0.
Stephen Curry didn’t have to do much here; he scored 19 points and played less than 30 minutes overall.
Draymond Green was a busy guy, posting his second straight triple-double on 13 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists.
