The Sacramento Kings travel to the Target Center to battle the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight.
The Kings will be aiming for a season-high fourth straight win tonight after beating the Rockets by 107-97 on Tuesday. DeMarcus Cousins dominated with 26 points, Omri Casspi added 19 points while Rudy Gay had 17 as the Kings shot 51 percent to beat the Rockets despite playing without their floor leader in Rajon Rondo who sat out his one-game suspension. Darren Collison started in Rondo's place and had a great game of 14 points, seven rebounds and 13 assists while playing a season-high 41 minutes. With the win, Sacramento improves to 10-15 on the season and 8-7 at home.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves started the season with plenty of promise but they've only been able to win one of their last nine games. At New York on Wednesday, Karl-Anthony Towns led the team with 25 points, Andrew Wiggins added 23 while Ricky Rubio fell one point and two steals shy of a rare quadruple-double, but it still wasn't enough to get past the Knicks who defeated them by 107-102. With yet another loss, the Wolves fall to 9-16 on the season and 6-6 on the road where they've lost four straight.
In ATS trends, the Kings are 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games against a team below .400 and 7-19-1 ATS in their last 27 games following a win, while the Wolves are 15-36-1 ATS in their last 52 home games and 0-7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall.
Head to head, the road team is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings and the underdog is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings.
These teams last met on Nov. 27 and it was the Wolves who won by 101-91, but I'm expecting the opposite result in this one as the Wolves have been terrible, while the Kings have looked very impressive in their last two wins.
