Meanwhile, the Pelicans are coming off their third win in four games after making light work of the Timberwolves in a 114-99 win on Tuesday. Anthony Davis dominated the paint with 35 points on 13 of 22 shooting, Jrue Holiday added 19 points and nine assists while Tyreke Evans had 13 points as the Pelicans rallied back from an early double-digit deficit crush the Timberwolves at home. Unfortunately, the win came at a cost as Eric Gordon is expected to miss four to six weeks following an injury to his finger. New Orleans is now 14-27 on the season and 9-9 at home.
