The Cleveland Cavaliers play host to the Phoenix Suns tonight at the Quicken Loans Arena.
The Cavaliers have won three of their last four games and will be feeling confident after beating up on the Timberwolves in a 114-107 win on Monday. LeBron James led the way with 25 points and nine assists, Tristan Thompson added 19 points while Matthew Dellavedova had 18 points and seven assists as the Cavs cruised to a win after leading by double digits for most of the second half. With the win, new head coach Tyronn Lue receives his first victory and the Cavs improve to 31-12 on the season.

On the other hand, the Suns have been one of the worst teams in the league lately, losing 16 of their last 18 games which includes last night's 113-103 defeat at Philadelphia. With Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe and Ronnie Price all out with injuries, the Suns really didn't have any true point guard on their roster and it showed. Archie Goodwin led the team with 26 points while Alex Len added 16 points and 12 rebounds, but the Suns were always going to struggle in this one. With the loss, Phoenix falls to 14-32 on the season and 4-19 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 2-6 ATS in their last eight games overall and 5-16 ATS in their last 21 road games, while the Cavs are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games overall and 6-18-2 ATS in their last 26 games against a team with a losing record.
Head to head, the Suns are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings in Cleveland.
Surprisingly, the Suns actually have a strong record ATS when playing the Cavs but I can't see that happening tonight. Yes, the Cavs haven't been able to cover hefty spreads many times this season, but surely they can do that to a Suns team coming off a double digit loss to the 76ers.
