The NBA is back tonight with five games on the schedule, and there should be some good matchups mixed in there. In the meantime, let’s visit with some of the ntoable players and see who’s in the news.
Cavs-Pacers: After a dominant first half, the Cavaliers gave away a lead last night against the Pacers during the third quarter. They’d fight back in the fourth and overtime for a 111-106 victory, a relatively rare occurrence in Indianapolis.
Kyrie Irving posted 25 points, six coming in overtime. LeBron James put up 24 points, 12 rebounds and six assists, but injured his right shoulder in the third. He would classify the injury as a stinger.
This was the Cavs’ first win in Indiana in six years.
