The Dallas Mavericks pay a visit to the Orlando Magic tonight at the Amway Center.
The Mavericks have lost four of their last five games and will be looking to bounce back from their 121-119 overtime loss to the Jazz in their last outing. Chandler Parsons led the team in offense with 24 points, Deron Williams added 23 points while Dirk Nowitzki and Raymond Felton added 17 points each but it still wasn't enough to get past the Jazz who won on a fadeaway jumper at the buzzer in overtime to extend Utah's winning streak to seven games. Dallas is now 29-26 on the season which has them currently at sixth place in the Western Conference standings, just 1.5 games clear of Portland.

Meanwhile, the Magic have lost four of their last six games but they've really lifted their game over their last three games which resulted in back to back wins over the Hawks followed by a 98-96 loss to the Spurs in their last outing. Evan Fournier led the team with 28 points, Nikola Vucevic added 20 points and 13 rebounds while Victor Oladipo had 14 points as the Magic really took it to the Spurs and actually led by as many as 14 points early in the fourth quarter before the Spurs took over completely. Orlando just had no answer for Kawhi Leonard who poured in 29 points and capped off the Spurs comeback with the game-winning shot with just 0.9 seconds left in the game. With the loss, Orlando falls to 23-29 on the season which has them 3.5 games out of the eighth spot in the Eastern Conference.
In ATS trends, the Mavs are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Magic are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games overall and 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Mavs are 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings overall and 9-0 ATS in the last nine meetings in Orlando.
Both teams come into this game in similar form which makes it hard to predict a winner, but looking at the ATS trends, there's just no ignoring how dominant the Mavs have been in this matchup.
