The Indiana Pacers invade the Chesapeake Energy Arena to battle the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight.
The Pacers have split their last six games and will look to bounce back from a 117-95 blowout loss to the Hornets in their last outing. Paul George led the team with 22 points, eight rebounds and six assists, George Hill added 12 points and Monta Ellis had 10 as the Pacers found themselves running uphill for most of the game after the Hornets blew them away with a dominant 35-18 second quarter effort. After a solid start to the season, the Pacers have really fallen off the pace and with a record of 28-25 overall, they sit in a precarious position at sixth place, just 1.5 games ahead of the ninth placed Pistons.

Meanwhile, the Thunder have been one of the hottest teams in the league over the last couple of months and it was the Pelicans who were the latest team to find out as the Thunder blew them away in a 121-95 win in their last outing. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook drove the team with 23 points each while Serge Ibaka added 18 points as the Thunder made light work of the Pelicans, winning by double digits for the third time in five games. Oklahoma City has now won 14 of their last 16 games to improve to 40-14 which has them firmly entrenched in the third spot in the Western Conference standings, four games clear of the fourth-placed Clippers.
In ATS trends, the Pacers are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games overall and 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games, while the Thunder are 7-2 ATS in their last nine home games and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games overall.
Head to head, the Pacers are 0-4 ATS in the last four meetings in Oklahoma City and the over is 20-6 int he last 26 meetings overall.
I was initially looking to take the Pacers with the points in this one, but they've been in too much of a slump lately for me to take them seriously against a red-hot Thunder team who are always tough to beat at home.
