The New York Knicks pay a visit to the Indiana Pacers tonight at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The Knicks have lost 12 of their last 13 games and are looking for a much-needed win after getting trounced by the Raptors in a 122-95 home loss on Monday. Carmelo Anthony had a nice game of 23 points, 11 rebounds and five assists, Robin Lopez added 21 points and 13 rebounds while Kristaps Porzingis had 17 points but it was never going to be enough against a red-hot Raptors team who simply took over the game with a dominant 31-15 second quarter and never slowed down. With the loss, New York fell to 24-34 on the season which is only good enough for 13th in the Eastern Conference standings.

Meanwhile, the Pacers had won four of five games and were aiming for a third straight win before falling at Miami by 101-93 in overtime on Monday. Paul George led the offense with 31 points, 11 rebounds and four assists, while Myles Turner added 16 points but Monta Ellis shot a miserable two of 17 for his seven points as the Pacers battled well for four quarters before going ice-cold in a 13-5 overtime period dominated by the Heat. With the disappointing loss, Indiana drops to 30-26 overall which is currently good enough for fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings.
In ATS trends, the Knicks are 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games and 1-8 ATS in their last nine games overall, while the Pacers are 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a loss and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five home games.
Head to head, the Knicks are 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings overall and 0-7 ATS in the last seven meetings in Indiana.
The Pacers were in some decent form before their overtime loss on Monday but they're returning home for a three-game homestand and I fully expect them to make light work of the struggling Knicks who have nothing to play for.
