The Chicago Bulls invade the AT&T Center to take on the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday night.

The Bulls have bounced back from a four-game losing streak with a couple wins on the trot after beating the Bucks by 100-90 on Monday. Jimmy Butler did return to the court in the previous game but he was rested in Monday's win, but that didn't seem to matter at all as the Bulls still made light work of the Bucks thanks to a balanced scoring effort that had six players finish in double figures in scoring. Derrick Rose led the way with 22 points, Mike Dunleavy added 18 points while E'Twaun Moore had 16 points and seven assists as the Bulls improved to 32-30 on the season, good enough for eighth in the Eastern Conference standings.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are coming off yet another routine win, this time by 116-91 over the Timberwolves on Tuesday. LaMarcus Aldridge poured in 29 points on 11 of 13 shooting, David West added 18 points while Kawhi Leonard had 15 as the Spurs won easily to make up for Monday's narrow loss at Indiana. With the easy win, San Antonio improve to 54-10 on the season which leaves them three games behind the league-leading Warriors for the top seed in the Western Conference.

In ATS trends, the Bulls are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games following a win and 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games, while the Spurs are 29-13 ATS in their last 42 home games and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games against a team with a winning record.

Head to head, the under is 12-4 in the last 16 meetings overall and 8-1 in the last nine meetings in San Antonio.

The news is that Butler is expected to sit out tonight which is a major disadvantage to the Bulls in this one, but they're still a gritty enough side to stick around and keep the final score respectable.
