The Phoenix Suns invade the Pepsi Center to take on the Denver Nuggets on Thursday.
The Suns were in an absolute nosedive for a long stretch of games, but they've suddenly found a bit of form with three wins in their last five games. Devin Booker is averaging just 11.4 ppg on the season, but he's been on a tear lately, averaging 20.6 points in his last five games which includes a 34-point night against the Heat last Thursday. Similarly, Alex Len is averaging just 8.6 ppg this season but has averaged a ridiculous 20.4 points and 14.4 rebounds in his last five games which has been key to the Suns' recent success. In injury news, Brandon Knight has been sidelined the last seven weeks with a groin strain but has participated in a full workout and could feature on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Nuggets have won three of their last four games and will be aiming for a third straight after crushing the Knicks by 110-94 on Tuesday. Kenneth Faried led the charge with a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds, Nikola Jokic added 20 points while Gary Harris had 16 as the Nuggets easily beat the Knicks who have been struggling lately. With the win, Denver improves to 26-38 overall and 14-19 at home.
In ATS trends, the Suns are 6-21 ATS in their last 27 road games and 6-21 ATS in their last 27 games against a team with a losing record, while the Nuggets are 14-5 ATS in their last 19 games playing on one days rest and 14-35-2 ATS in their last 51 home games against a team with a road record below .400.
Head to head, the Suns are 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings overall and 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Denver.
Booker and Len have the Suns playing some surprisingly competitive basketball lately and I wouldn't be too surprised if the Suns beat the Nuggets in this one, but I'm sticking with the Nuggets at home where they have won three of their last four games.
