The Cleveland Cavaliers look to even their series with the Golden State Warriors in game four.
The Golden State Warriors kicked around the Cavaliers in games one and two to easily take a 2-0 series lead but they were on the receiving end of the foot in Wednesday’s 120-90 loss at Cleveland that sliced their series lead to 2-1. This was never really close with Stephen Curry scoring 19 points to lead the Warriors but kept from going off for a 30+ point game. Harrison Barnes was next in line with 18 points and nine rebounds while Andre Iguodala and Klay Thompson combined for 21 points. Curry and Thompson continue to be held in check but the role players and bench that took over the first two games were also kept under wraps.

The Cleveland Cavaliers were non factors in falling behind in the finals 0-2 to the record setting Warriors but they gave Golden State a dose of their own medicine in Wednesday’s one sided rout. LeBron James finally looked dominant with 32 points on 14-25 with eleven rebounds and six helpers while Kyrie Irving was right behind him with 30 points on 12-25 with eight helpers. JR Smith was next in line with 20 points with Tristan Thompson adding 14 points and a game high 13 boards. The key for the Cavs is their stars played the part and held the Golden State bench in check while 52.7% shooting didn’t hurt either.
Warriors are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game and the over is 6-1 in Warriors last 7 Friday games while the under is 6-1 in Warriors last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. The Cavaliers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record and are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 home games while going 4-0 ATS in their last 4 Friday games. Warriors are 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings and the under is 9-4-1 in the last 14 meetings.
I know Cleveland is a different animal at home and better be because a loss here and Golden State wins this series…
