The Memphis Grizzlies invade the Target Center to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night.
The Grizzlies are 2-1 on the season and will be full of confidence following their 112-103 overtime win over the Wizards on Sunday night. Mike Conley led the team with 24 points and 11 assists, while Zach Randolph and Vince Carter scored 22 and 18 points respectively, but the real x-factor for the Grizzlies was actually Marc Gasol who drained a 3-pointer to force overtime, followed by two more in overtime to steal the unlikely win.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves are hoping to avoid a third straight loss to start the season after falling to the Kings by 106-103 on Saturday. Andrew Wiggins led the team in scoring with 29 points on 10 of 19 shooting, Zach LaVine added 21 points while Karl-Anthony Towns chipped in with 15 points and four assists but the Wolves will be absolutely kicking themselves as they led by 18 points before losing their way in a 31-12 third quarter dominated by the Kings.
In ATS trends, the Grizzlies are 0-7 ATS in their last seven road games and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following a win, while the Timberwolves are 16-34-1 ATS in their last 51 home games and 14-4 ATS in their last 18 games against a team with a winning record.
Head to head, the Grizzlies are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings in Minnesota and the over is 6-0 in the last six meetings overall.
The Timberwolves haven't quite had the start to the season they were hoping for, but they'll be looking to turn that around in their first home game of the season. However, the Grizzlies have already beaten the Timberwolves this season in a 102-98 win on Oct 26, so I'm seeing value with the Grizzlies with the points in this one.
