The Philadelphia 76ers play host to the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night at the Wells Fargo Center.
The Magic are three games into the season and still without a win after falling to the Cavaliers by 105-99 on Saturday night. Evan Fournier led the team with 22 points with five assists, Serge Ibaka added 19 points while Nikola Vucevic chipped in with 11 points and nine rebounds but the Magic were simply outplayed and outmatched in this one, falling behind by as many as 22 points late in the third quarter before mounting a furious comeback that would come up painfully short.

Meanwhile, Sixers fans would have been full of optimism following the team’s effort in the season opening narrow loss to the Thunder, but Saturday’s 104-72 blowout loss to the Hawks really halted any momentum. Joel Embiid and Sergio Rodriguez led the team with 14 points each while Richaun Holmes chipped in with 10 points, but no other player finished in double figures as the Sixers shot just 35 percent from the field as a team while committing a total of 20 turnovers.
In ATS trends, the Magic are 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a loss and 1-4 ATS in their last five road games, while the Sixers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against a team below .400 and 16-39 ATS in their last 55 against the Eastern Conference.
Head to head, the Magic are 21-7 ATS in the last 28 meetings overall and 24-9 ATS in the last 33 meetings in Philadelphia.
I would usually mark this down as an easy win for the Magic, but they're still winless after three games so I actually like the Sixers to bounce back and get the upset for their first home win of the season. Take Philadelphia with the points.
