The Chicago Bulls invade the Philips Arena to battle the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night.
The Bulls will be looking for back to back wins after blowing past the Magic in a 112-80 win on Monday to snap a three-game skid. Jimmy Butler led the team with 20 points, seven assists and four steals while Taj Gibson and Dwyane Wade chipped in with 16 points apiece as the Bulls set up the easy win with a 37-point first quarter. As a team, the Bulls shot 47.2 percent from the field but just three of 19 from the 3-point line, but they were impressive on the defensive end where they held the Magic to just 39 percent shooting while outrebounding them by 56-39.

Meanwhile, the Hawks will be aiming for a third straight win after taking down the Cavaliers by 110-106 last night. Dennis Schroder led the way with 28 points, Kent Bazemore added 25 points and Paul Millsap had 21 points as the Hawks delivered the red-hot Cavs their first loss of the season. It wasn't the easiest of wins as the Hawks actually led by 15 points early in the fourth quarter before the Cavs cut the lead to within two with just 25 seconds left in the game. Fortunately, the Hawks would regroup just in time and escape with the marquee road win to improve to 5-2 overall and 2-1 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Bulls are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against a team above .600 and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall, while the Hawks are 5-0 ATS in their last five games playing on zero days rest and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall.
Head to head, the Bulls are 2-5 ATS in the last seven meetings and the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall.
The Hawks were fantastic in their win over the Cavs last night, but you always see teams have a bit of a letdown performance following a big win, so I'm actually leaning towards the improving Bulls to pull off the minor upset here.
