The MIlwaukee Bucks and the Atlanta Hawks do battle tonight at the Philips Arena.
The Bucks were able to avoid a third straight loss on Saturday with a 106-96 home win over the Grizzlies. Giannis Antetokounmpo had his fingerprints all over the game with 27 points, six rebounds, five assists, four steals and four blocks, Michael Beasley chipped in with 19 points while Jabari Parker had 16 points as the Bucks rallied late to keep the Grizzlies winless on the road and improve to 5-4 overall. Defensively, the Bucks are still average despite their size and length at every position but they were impressive in holding the Grizzlies scoreless in the last 2:56 of the game to pull out the win at home.

Meanwhile, the Hawks will be gunning for a sixth straight win tonight after sneaking past the Heat in a 93-90 victory last night. Dennis Schroder led the team with 18 points and four assists, Paul Millsap and Tim Hardaway Jr. chipped in with 15 points each while Mike Muscala had 14 points but the Hawks won this one with their defense, holding the Heat to 40 percent shooting and forcing 23 turnovers. Dwight Howard scored 11 points with 11 rebounds before leaving in the third quarter with a left quad contusion and did not return so his status for tonight in uncertain.
In ATS trends, the Bucks are 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games overall and 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games, while the Hawks are 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall and 6-1 ATS in their last seven home games.
Head to head, the road team is 9-3 ATS in the last 12 meetings and the Under is 4-1 in the last five meetings in Atlanta.
The Bucks stopped the rut with a solid win over the Grizzlies in their last outing, but the Hawks have been one of the teams to watch in the Eastern Conference and I think they cover the spread once again tonight.
