The San Antonio Stars also need a victory here after a brutal 0-6 start to the WNBA season. The Stars are 4-9-1 ATS in their last 14 Saturday games, 13-3 ATS in their last 16 vs. Eastern Conference and 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Sun are 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in San Antonio, 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings and the under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings.
This line opened up with the Stars being just 1.5 point underdogs, so we're getting some value here. The Stars have played better at home this season and actually looked OK on the road against Atlanta in their last contest, losing by seven points. The Connecticut Sun are having serious issues on the offensive end and are just 1-3 on the road this season despite many losses being close. Don't love this game, but I'd side with the points if forced to pick. The Stars have to win a game eventually, right?
