NBA action comes to the American Airlines Center with the Dallas Mavericks and Chicago Bulls taking the floor on Wednesday.
The Chicago Bulls shoot for back to back victories following a 113-109 win at the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night. Chicago appeared to be heading for a long night as the team was staring at a 46-33 hole after 12 minutes before their defense controlled New Orleans the rest of the way. The Bulls burned the nets with over 51% marksmanship and were potent at the three point line in going 16-35. Eight Chicago players scored in double figures with Cristiano Felicio pacing the offense with 15 points on 6-8 from the floor while Justin Holiday and Nikola Mirotic nettied14 points apiece while Mirotic grabbed nine rebounds followed by 12 point performances from Denzel Valentine and Robin Lopez.

The Dallas Mavericks rode a big 4th quarter to upend the Milwaukee Bucks 106-104 in preseason action. Dallas outscored Milwaukee 31-20 over the final 12 minutes to rally from a nine point deficit with strong performances at both ends of the floor. Overall the Mavs defense allowed 49% shooting but forced 21 turnovers while sinking shots at 47% and giving the ball away 19 times. Dallas mustered three more long balls and a handful of free throws to get the win. Virtually every player saw the floor with just two scoring in double digits led by Yogi Ferrell with 12 points on 4-8 while Gian Clavell tossed in eleven points and snagged five boards but the Mavericks had numerous options five others netting between 8-9 points.
