Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Los Angeles Clippers - 11/10/17 NBA Pick, Odds, and Prediction

USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma City Thunder need a feel good victory here to snap a rough four-game losing streak. The Oklahoma City Thunder are averaging 102.4 points on 44.4 percent shooting and allowing 96.7 points on 43.2 percent shooting. Carmelo Anthony is averaging 20.1 points and 5.8 rebounds while Paul George is averaging 20.1 points and two assists. Russell Westbrook is the third double-digit scorer and Steven Adams is grabbing 8.1 rebounds. The Oklahoma City Thunder are shooting 34 percent from beyond the arc and 73.2 percent from the free throw line. The Oklahoma City Thunder are allowing 34.2 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 42.1 rebounds per game. The Oklahoma City Thunder have lost five of their last eight home games. Danilo Gallinari is questionable with a hip injury.

The Clippers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 road games and 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Thunder are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 home games, 0-6 ATS in their last 6 Friday games and 0-5 ATS in their last 5 vs. Western Conference. The home team is 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings, the underdog is 14-5 ATS in the last 19 meetings and the over is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings in Oklahoma City.

The Thunder are the better and more talented team than the Clippers, but, uh, who is laying this much chalk with the way they're playing and being on the end of a back-to-back? Not me. The Thunder have oodles of talent and are going to be a force when they start playing like a team, but right now there's too much iso ball going on right now and it's the main reason there's a four-game losing streak going on. There's no ball movement and it leads to a ton of wasted possessions. The Clippers have been solid on the road and have the bigs to control the glass and make this game interesting. I'll take the Clippers and the points as more of a fade from the Thunder.
