The Boston Celtics play host to the Milwaukee Bucks at the TD Garden on Monday night.
The Milwaukee Bucks have won four of their last five games and they will be gunning for a fourth straight win after sneaking past the Kings in a 109-104 win on Saturday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led from the front with 33 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and three steals, Khris Middleton added 25 points while Eric Bledsoe chipped in with 19 points. As a team, the Bucks shot 49 percent from the field and six of 19 from the three-point line as the Bucks escaped with the narrow win after leading by as many as 20 points in the third quarter. With the win, Milwaukee improved to 12-9 on the season and 6-4 at home.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have won four of their last five games and they will be aiming for a third straight win after beating the Suns by 116-111 on Saturday. Six players finished in double figures and it was Kyrie Irving who led the way with 19 points and five assists. Jaylen Brown and Marcus Morris added 17 points each while Al Horford finished with a double-double of 14 points with 11 assists. As a team, the Celtics shot 52 percent from the field and 14 of 31 from the three-point line, but they really had to battle for 48 minutes as the Suns cut a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter to just three points. With the narrow win, Boston improved to 20-4 on the season and 10-2 at home.
Looking at the betting trends, the Bucks are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 Monday games, 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a win and 0-4-1 ATS in their last five against the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, the Celtics are 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 home games, 7-1 ATS in their last eight games against a team with a winning record and 20-6-1 ATS in their last 27 games overall.
Head to head, the road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings, the over is 5-2-1 in the last eight meetings and the Bucks are 12-5 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Boston.
The Bucks are starting to build some momentum with eight wins in their last 11 games, but they’re up against a red-hot Celtics team who are always tough to beat in their own building. These two teams have already met twice this season with the road team winning in each meeting, but I’m sticking with the Celtics who have covered in eight of their last 11 games at home.
