The New Orleans Pelicans pay a visit to the Orlando Magic at the Amway Center on Friday night.
The New Orleans Pelicans have lost eight of their last 12 games and they will be hoping to snap a two-game skid after falling to the Wizards in a 116-106 road loss on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the Orlando Magic will do anything they can to snap a six-game skid after getting blown out by the Bulls in a 112-94 road loss on Wednesday. Nikola Vucevic led the team with 18 points, 10 rebounds and five assists while Elfrid Payton and DJ Augustin chipped in with 14 points each. As a team, the Magic shot 39 percent from the field and just five of 27 from the three-point line as they got blown out in the third quarter by 31-18 to fall behind by as many as 30 points before a late rally in the fourth quarter kept the final score somewhat respectable. With the loss, Orlando dropped to 11-21 on the season and 5-13 on the road where they have lost four straight.
