John Havlicek played in 172 games during his time with the Boston Celtics putting up 3329 field goal attempts. During his playoff career he averaged 22 points per game. 

9.Jerry West -3460 Field Goal Attempts

Jerry West averaged 22.5 field goal attempts per game during his career, the entire time spent with the Los Angeles Lakers. 

8.Tony Parker -3501 Field Goal Attempts
